Synopsis
The film opens right from what the title indicates, we are introduced to Murugan, an unlucky man who has nothing going right. However, tracks change when he wins a car in a lucky lottery, but he soon gets into an ego clash with a local cop. Lucky Man then moves into a quarter where the car is lost, and what happens from there forms the rest of the story.
