Synopsis

The narrative unfolds in the lush Malnad region, where Swamy alias Rippan Swamy owns an estate. Outwardly a wealthy estate owner, he rules over a gang of estate workers, including Prakash Thuminad, who follow him more out of fear than respect. What binds them together is fear and loyalty until they slowly begin to realize they are treated less like comrades and more like slaves. Swamy’s violent temperament, reflected in his disturbing tendency to consume raw meat, sets the tone for his menacing personality. The story takes a gripping turn when Santosh, one of Swamy’s trusted men, suddenly goes missing. His mother Sharadha, a former estate worker, raises a police complaint, setting off an investigation led by a newly appointed inspector in a town otherwise untouched by crime. What begins as a missing person’s case gradually unravels into a sinister web of cover-ups, with past murders resurfacing incidents that were previously dismissed as mere accidents. As the investigation deepens, the film pivots into a tale of karmic retribution, questioning whether Rippan Swamy’s reign of terror will finally meet its end.
