Synopsis
Sam Keenan is a decorated Navy commander sent to the Eastern European nation of Moldavia to serve as the new security attaché in the capital city. Upon arriving, Keenan discovers that Moldavia is in the midst of a civil war. At the embassy, he meets Ambassador George Norland, who appoints him deputy ambassador.
